〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕武漢肺炎疫情持續延燒，美國境內仍飽受疫情困擾；對此，美國將暫時停止移民申請，總統川普稍早前透過推特指出，他將基於保護美國公民的立場簽署這項命令。
川普在推特上表示，因應「隱形敵人」的攻擊，同時也基於保護美國公民的職責，「我將簽署行政命令，暫時停止美國的移民申請」。
截至本稿出稿前，美國境內確診病例數已經來到78萬3290例，死亡病例數則有4萬1872例。
